Self-Paced Learning
We know how busy people are therefore we tailor our courses in a way they can be done in your own pace. Individual lessons are kept short which helps with keeping track even if you have very short windows of time for learning.

Video Lessons
Our courses are video based. You can watch them at your own pace and come back to previous lessons whenever needed. Indyvidual videos are kept short to make learning as digestible as possible.

Mindful Breath
This course will teach you variety of breathing techniques. Breathing exercises can minimize stress & anxiety, help us fall asleep, manage our heart rate and blood pressure, improve digestion, stabilize our emotions and increase endurance or simply bring balance to our mind & body.
Biggest benefits coming from regular breathing exercises are:
- Learning how to affect nervous system in our advantage, balancing sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Most importantly learning how to come back to relaxed state by stimulate our vagus nerve and activating parasympathetic nervous system.
- Strengthening and coordinating respiration muscles – the diaphragm and intercostal muscles located between our ribs.
- Improved, optimized gas exchange by balancing Oxygen and Carbon dioxide (CO2).

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Duration
This course is divided into eight modules and is designed to go through it no faster than one module per week. You can go slower if you need to. It is not advised to rush throgh the course because experiential part is very important and each module requires at least a week of practice until we can move forward.
